Farming vs LSTs

With the new save crystals for LST strategy I'm a bit confused what to spend energy on. My only possible idea is going for ship farms / legendary and conquest units gear while using LSTs for just about everyone else. Right now however I need LS energy for JMKs Ult tiers and there is nothing appealing on LS farms. Maybe scrap for relic levels?

Getting used to the new normal in Swgoh, feels weird not farming shards and kyros constantly!
