Finding your drawing style

Hi everyone I’ve been drawing for sometime now and 80% of the time when I do draw it’s mostly look at a picture rather it’s a anime character let’s be fair it’s mostly anime lol or video characters and pasting it on the page.

I’ve tried many times thought out my many seasons of in n out of drawing trying to figure out a style I lean on. But for now I can only look and paste. Any tips to help find a style for myself. How did you find your style?
