binder keeps moving

i need advice for my binder wearing. ive been wearing binder for years but this is only happening very recently. like past few months.

When i put on my binder i make sure my boobs are positioned so my nipples are facing the front. but whitin few minutes my boobs move and my nipples are facing down which to my understanding isn't safe when wearing binder.

i have no idea why rhis is happening. any advice or ideas are welcomed.
