Career & studies confusion

Hi guys, i got my spm results recently (spm 2025) & and my results were decent (teras all A only electives got flaws but no fails)

ever since i was form 2 i knew i had the passion for science - i used to get pelajar terbaik awards for science (90 above) and i made it into stem A class. but since then i got sick and eventually burnt out. i had to juggle 2 years of syllabus in 1 year which was 2025. i did enjoy studying very much but the pressure was eating my heart. i was mentally drained. so drained. most of them i got C+ and above for spm but i dont know if im confident enough to pursue science again. will i strive in foundation in science or will i just keep on being a loser?

i did a lot of research, stem kids are not appreciated here. the pay is low as well. and im also very scared about the future because most careers are getting oversaturated. almost every IT work available on LinkedIn has 20+ applicants some even 200 just for internships! (ps : im not interested in CS.)

My parents told me to take foundation in business and go into fintech. I mean that's not bad but can i see myself in that field? I like math i got A but hmm will this degee also become oversaturated soon?

(I feel like sometimes going to into foundation in business suddenly doesn't align with me. I think I'll definitely do well but will i have the same satisfaction? I would feel like a failure because everyone around me is still sticking to the stem cabang)

I knew since high school im meant for health science or allied health. But the fact that the pay isn't much is disheartening. Knowing that biomed has lesssr opportunities in Malaysia makes me so devastated.

I'm confused guys. Please give me some advice and help me out. To all foundation seniors please give me your advice as well. (ps : i do want to work overseas in the future)
