Dining Recs?

The wife and I are headed to DLP with our son who will be 5 months old at the time. We've sorted a half-board dining plan, mainly justified so we have fewer expenses while there. The problem is, I can't figure out which restaurants are worthwhile?

We're looking to focus on the buffets, just due to the age of our son and finding it less stressful, but my wife did want to give Remy a go. But I've read terrible things. Is the food that bad everywhere? We're both 'foodies' to a certain extent, but fully understand it's a theme park.

We're also staying on site at Sequoia, and not interested in character dining.

Any guidance or experience with how you handle dining with a little one, and eat semi-decent food, will be much appreciated!
