People do not understand flashing amber lights!

Hello,

I work from home but often go to the office to change it up same route each day, I have to pass a left turning right yielding flashing amber light, I always felt that the majoirty of people understood the road but since going into the office more I am doubting that more and more. I can count so many times I have been stuck behind a line of traffic as someone doesn't understand that the flashing ember light means yield to the right, NOT do not go, usually in these cases someone will give a light beep to said peron and it will all move along.

This morning same problem a hyundai i30 infront of me not moving and as I am directly behind I gave a light beep. No movement, I beeped again after a second and then a third, this may sound impatient but the lights here do not change and this is over the course of like 2 minutes. A person then comes out of there car and begins to berate me that "It's a RED LIGHT" and for me to "Learn to f***ing drive" my response didn't help but they did go back in there car and eventually drive off.... only when the light went green

Just a slight rant about this as I really see this almost everyday at this junction and I only drive through it twice.
