Legends has really grown on me

I never disliked the Legends album, but it was definitely not love at first listen.

I Emperor was probably the first song that I really liked - and that was in big part due to the behind the scenes of the music video - seeing everything that went into making it and all the items that the band brought with them (games/books/memorabilia) just added a special dimension.

This last while, I've been listening to the historical order playlist which has Legends interspersed with a few other songs and this morning, I realised that quite a few songs have really grown on me.

- Cycle of Songs (about Senusret III - one of the Pharaohs of Egypt)

- Lightening at the gates (Hannibal Barca and his war elephants)

- Impaler

- The Duelist

I suppose it would be easier to list the ones that hasn't yet grown on me lol

Not sure how much I'll ever like Til Seger given that I don't understand it and Maid of Steel is also not there yet.

Anyways - as someone who was a bit of a sceptic at first, I just felt like sharing my experience in case there are others who aren't to keen on Legends, but want to give it another shot.
