Warning, sexual related question

19M here, today and yesterday while waking up I got nightfall which is common but just after that my penis starts aching a little and little burning sensation
And if I go to like pee, it feels like I needs to pee more even when I am done, and even after peeing the burning sensation lasts for some minutes and it dies down, no change in urine color or like no problem in peeing other times of day, it just happens at morning specifically
Should I go to doctor or it will be fine on its own
