It deeply saddens me how there are no serious and fair sports clubs in Algeria..

I'm beyond frustrated with this, when i was younger i used to be part of a swimming club and it was kind of decent tbh, i've always been deeply competitive and the highlight of my time at that club was when i won a competition medal

but ever since then i havent been able to do the same, i tried joining basketball, hand ball and tennis clubs but all of them had the same issues: nepotism (they treat certain kids better and focus on them while not caring to train or involve the rest in activities), no fair competetion (the medals and certificates are made and allocated before the competetion even starts xD), and my biggest issue is that theres practically NO chance for someone from Algeria to participate in world wide competetions ... no matter how good you are at the sport

last week i was looking into archery clubs cuz i became interested in the sport, but there are NO serious clubs (i only found harrach and blida clubs and both seem to suffer from the same issues i described above)

i'm not sure why im posting this tbh maybe i just needed to get it off my chest
