What do you think would have happened if Dead Ahead Warfare had been a one-time purchase game?

Question

I personally believe that one of the biggest underlying problems with Dead Ahead is that it's a free-to-play game, you know, with microtransactions. I really think that if the game had been released as a one-time purchase game, most of its problems wouldn't necessarily disappear, but they would certainly be less severe. The game would definitely be less complex; we'd only have one or two types of currency instead of the 23 we have now. But I wonder if it would have achieved the same success if they had chosen the one-time purchase route.
