Best Credit Card in UAE for Fuel Cashback + Airport Lounge Access

Hey there!

I'm looking for a credit card that offers fuel cashback and access to a wide range of airport lounges. It would be preferable to be able to issue an additional card for my wife.

I have been in the UAE for 5 years, earning 30k+ in Abu Dhabi. Are there any good options?
