How to reach Ninjavan? Parcel stuck at sorting center

I have a parcel made out to me last Wed and it still hasn't reached me. Tracked it and is stuck at the sorting center since 7 May with no updates. Reached out via Telegram chat for help but no response. Any other way to reach them? Their customer service is getting from bad to worse these days...
