Question regarding needing theory test results for the driving test.

Passed my theory in October 2025, but I seem to have lost the paperwork, I still have the email from when I passed stating the certificate number. Would that be accepted at the test center? I phoned DVSA yesterday and they said they won’t send a replacement certificate, and I’m currently in the process of tearing my room apart for the paperwork just incase.
