Meaningful pregnancy gift ideas that arent just baby items

my sister is pregnant and i want to get her something that actually feels personal, not just another basic pregnancy gift or smth for the baby. everything i find online feels so forgettable or like everyone else is getting the same stuff.

i know shed probably appreciate something thats actually for her during this time, not another onesie or nursery decoration. ive been thinking about stuff like an engraved necklace or ring something she could actually wear and keep. but when i search for personalized stuff everything is so overpriced.

the thing is i dont want to spend a fortune but i also want it to feel thoughtful and not cheap. i mean this is huge for her life and i feel like a gift should match that without being weird about it.
