Dates I can’t wait to revisit in volume 9

What repeated dates in the next book are you most eager to see? I have two:

• July 27th, the anniversary of the Battle of Maiwand. Last year, Emma was a total wreck. How will she feel this year? I think the memory of Maxwell will have become a sweet one, with most of the pain gone. Will she reminisce with Pierce that day?
• August 31st, Lady Trewartha’s dinner. Will she be invited? Probably yes. Will she sit with the Reprobates, or will Islington ask the hostess to seat her with him and Pierce?
