Skill improvement or Internship

For context, I am a first year student at IIT BHU pursuing cse. We have got a long break of 2.5 months.

For this long break, I am confused whether I should apply for an internship or learn new skills.

Currently I know basic DSA and c++ language proficiently. Other than that I don't have any good skills.

For the internship, my neighbour told me that he has some connections in a local tech company. I can get 5-7k stipend. But he asked me to share my resume.

I tried making resume today and realised I don't know a fuck about tech and don't have any skills to put in the resume.

Please suggest me what to do? Apply for the internship or focus on skill development.
