Need Help Regarding PRN/ERN Number Issue in Khalsa College Admission Form

I am applying for MSc Information & Cybersecurity at Guru Nanak Khalsa College and the admission portal is asking for a mandatory 16-digit PRN/ERN number.

I completed my graduation from Private University, which does not provide PRN or ERN numbers, so I am unable to proceed with the form.

I already visited the khalsa college regarding this issue, but there is still no resolution from their side.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? What did you enter in the PRN/ERN field or how was your issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated.
