Setting up UniFi AP's with Cisco C9200L switch?

Question

I have several UniFi Outdoor AP's to set up with a Cisco switch. I don't have a UniFi router or switch here so stuck with using Cisco for the moment.

The expectation is that I'll have multiple VLAN's for wired and wireless devices, depending on their intended use. This isn't a home set up by the way.

So the AP's have been onboarded by a third party and they are in their UniFi Cloud system. The AP's are happy in their default set up, single SSID and no VLAN's or tagging but as soon as I'm plugging into Cisco switch, I have some problems.

I have a management VLAN, say 10 for example, then I have a proudction wired VLAN which may be 20, production Wi-Fi may be 30, then a guest network which may be 40.

I've set up VLAN's in the UniFi Cloud and pinned them to the SSID's in question. I've then got a trunk port set on the Cisco switch where native VLAN should be 10, while all VLAN's noted here are allowed.

I see VLAN1 is Default on UniFi but I'm led to believe we don't need this on our switch. I've tried enabled port fast trunk as well but no joy.

I've tried on VLAN30 as well. The AP's seem to change to Getting Ready state again but then soon drop. It is very disappointing to say the least and unsure why this is happening. Though I don't think I would have these issues with a Ubiquiti switch or router, if either of those were used here.

Any thoughts on what could be the problem? I read about VLAN mismatches and I don't think that is a problem here. I also tried setting static IP on my AP but that doesn't seem to help either.
