THIRD LOA

For the past years, we received LOA that eventually lead into settlement due to the lack of knowledge with this process. It became a record and a basis for the next settlement. We loaned the amount sa bank and colleagues and the payment is still on-going.

Now, another LOA was issued and we are now struggling to come up with that amount we need to settle. We have no options left, all are exhausted. On last year's LOA, interest pa lang ang nababayaran sa bank and it's not a valid defense to them. What could be the repurcussions kapag hindi pa rin nabigay yung amount? 🥺

There is this news about sa nag sumbong sa AMLA especially malaking amount ang hinihingi na walang resibo. Can this be an option? Knowing that it's already the 3rd time with the LOA and walang resibo - may resibo settlement.
