guys I want to ask something

so every one has been playing sekiro ?
In that have any one experienced 'lag' after shutting down the PC and replaying it .
I play sekiro on my PC and after playing that I find the lag increases in Minecraft for some reason
I don't know why it happens
I don't play sekiro for a few days and it Minecraft runs smooth and after I play sekiro for sometime(4-2)hrs it lags even more
I have found with Elden ring so pleases give me intext on this to .
My gaming of the sekiro is on the line , as if this is a problem that happens more , I will have to quit playing from IPs ,
