BluArmor - Extremely Delayed Deliveries

I had order BluArmor C10 on 15th April. Initially was promised shipping by 4th May, got delayed to 11th May. Now got an email that the order will be shipped by 18th May.

Is it only me or there are others who have similar issues with the order?
