If someone intentionally deceives another to gain consent to sex - uses an alias/full fake name, lies about their age, where they live, their marital status and their child status, does that nullify consent? England
Can consent be freely given if someone, in order to gain sex from them, gives the person a full fake name, fake age, fake marital status etc as outlined above.
