Daily sync

so here's a new tip of how I use Catchagent.ai
My new routine that, by the way, the agent offered it to me himself, is to schedule a 15-minute conversation with him every morning to go over my schedule, and I just find this super productive.
He calls me on the phone, which is a little bit rough around the edges, but it's okay, cuz i'm driving and it's a good use of my time. And we just go over my entire schedule, every meeting, reminder, action items, important emails in my inbox. And then I just tell the agent what I want to get done with. draft an email, move this meeting to the next week, remind me before I jump into this meeting to ask for this and that, send an email and ask for something, than he reminds me I have an important leadership meeting, so I need time to prepare, so we block it in on my calendar. before I started using the phone conversation, it was more of an ad hoc texting type of interface, which was okay, productive -it did things for me, but I feel like the phone calling routine and the daily sync just really upgraded my game.
