Why can't I change refresh schedule of a dataset I own?

Hi,

I have this dataset. It's import mode, I own it and I can run ad hoc refreshes successfully. The schedule is also effective as shown. But although I own this semantic model, I cannot change the schedule, see screenshot. Why? And how to fix this?
