MEMO5 is launching on Kickstarter at 12pm BST — our first ever project as indie developers and honestly we can't believe we made it

I know a physical card game might not be the usual thing posted here, but as indie developers on a shoestring budget trying to get eyes on our first-ever launch, I figured this community would appreciate the journey more than most — so bear with me!

My friend and I have just launched our first-ever Kickstarter — MEMO5 is live today at 12pm BST, and we'd love your support! A memory card game where messing with everyone else's memory is literally how you win.

This one finally made it out into the world, and we couldn't be more excited. Hoping it's the first of many projects we get to share with you all.

MEMO5 is a fast card game built around one idea: you're not just trying to remember your own cards, you're peeking, swapping, and scrambling what everyone else thinks they know. There's nothing quite like watching someone confidently end the round thinking they've won, only to realise you swapped their best card two turns ago. The look on their face is precious.

Rules take about 2 minutes to explain, scales from a 2-player duel all the way up to a 10-person party, and plays anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes depending on how ruthless your group gets. Simple enough for an 8-year-old at family dinner, chaotic enough for a competitive game night.

It's been a journey getting here, and we're genuinely over the moon to finally put it in front of people. Happy to answer anything about the game, the design process, all of it.
