Can Changing Region to China Enable Chinese Features on Honor Magic V3?

I’m using the global version of the Honor Magic V3 (FCP-N49).

Although MagicOS is currently installed, some features that are available in the Chinese version are missing. For example, the “Dock Blur” option in the home screen settings, the “AI Photos Agent” feature, and the “Long Hour” feature on the lock screen.

If I set my phone’s region setting to China, would I receive the Chinese software update after some time?
