Help: No update on Concept Kart warranty claim after 1 month

I sent my IEMs to Concept Kart for a warranty claim about 1.5 months ago. Since then, I've received nothing from there side no tracking, no repair status, nothing.

I've tried contacting them on: Whats App, Phone calls, Email, Instagram but no response.

I don't live in Delhi anymore, so I can't visit their store in Naraina.

can anyone give me any working contact or way to escalate this?
