Stay safe out there

I work in a major city so I interact with my fair share of homeless people. Usually these late night encounters can be uncomfortable but are ultimately chill. Tonight a guy came at me while I was walking to my car. He kept trying to get me to turn and look behind me, I’m assuming so he could sucker punch me. When that failed he spit in my eye. Went to get checked out and TIL it’s very rare to catch anything scary that way, so that’s a relief.
