Chinabank "Cancelled" status

Hi. I called Chinabank asking for a follow up to a second card application (i have an existing na with them). Its been a little over a month since i applied for the 2nd card (via booth).

The CS then told me the application was "cancelled". I asked for a reason and they said they dont have info as to why. I also asked to double check if cancelled is the actual status. And they said yes.

Anyone has experience on this before? I didnt cancel the application, and I was also worried why cancelled, and not "denied".
