[Bug] Scav matchmaking

Hi everyone, for a little over a month my friends and I have been experiencing a rather frustrating problem: when we log in from Scav, the party leader simply joins the game while everyone else is kicked out of the server or directly from the game (everything works fine from PMC). You just have to restart the game and click to rejoin, but in the meantime you may have lost 6 minutes of raid time due to various loading times. Strangely enough, they responded to me from BSG, but only to tell me it was my problem and to reinstall the game (too bad it happens to all 4 of us, regardless of who is the party host). Has this ever happened to you? Have you solved it? (Obviously, both I and the others have already tried reinstalling and verifying the files.)
