Salary expectations for CSR in Metro Manila?

Hi everyone! Sharing this para may idea lang yung mga nagbabalak mag-apply for CSR roles around Metro Manila since iba-iba rin ng salary ranges na nakikita online. Realistic starting salary ngayon is usually around ₱18k–₱25k for entry-level applicants or fresh grads. If may around 6 months to 2 years ka nang BPO experience, common na rin yung offers around ₱25k–₱35k depende sa account, company, and incentives.

Usually mas mataas mag-offer yung tech support, financial, healthcare, or travel accounts, while local or basic non-voice accounts tend to stay closer sa lower end. Malaki rin difference ng night differential, allowances, incentives, and HMO, so mas okay tingnan yung total package instead of base pay lang.

Madami pa rin tumatanggap ng ₱18k–₱20k offers, pero with Metro Manila’s current cost of living, parang mas common na ngayon yung applicants aiming for at least ₱22k+ if possible.
