(F21) Guy claims i gave him gonorrhea 4 days after we did something

Tl;dr : So i (F21) had a hook up days ago from an older guy i met on a dating app. We didn't rily have sex like penetration more of oral and some fingering. Keep in mind He was my first in EVERYTHING prior to this. Now 4 days later, he tells me he got gonorrhea from me???

Is it possible i gave him something or that was actually from him and he also gave me something😭

But I know for a fact that did not come from me, cause again i’ve never been with anyone else. I got tested after he told me he got something from me and all my test came back negative???

P.S i’m getting another test in a week or two because he did get positive in gonorrhea and he might have passed it on to me idk😭
