Stuck update

Hi Reddit,

My Mach E tried to update on the last 13 of march (the Plug n Charge update). The car is saying that there was a problem and now it displays the update as "unfinished".

I tried to turn off and on automatic updates (here you can recognize that I work in IT) but nothing changed so I called Ford.

According to them, the update after many tries was a success and that they even see others tiny updates my car did since this one. But my car still show me that the update failed.

Has this already happend to any of you ? Do you have a fix for me ?
