What should I do?

Editing/Post Processing

I have signed up to get my Associates degree in Photography. Upon acceptance, I was told I would need a pretty decent camera for my classes. Monday of last week I purchased a Canon Rebel T7, that came with the 2 lens kits...about 9 opticals...bag and a tripod.

My husband and neighbor have their morning coffee together standing outside while the sun rises. Anywho- during the course of the week I actually picked up a side hustle by photographing my kids baseball team and making their keepsake trading cards. Friday. morning- I went outside and wanted to show off my work to the neighbor right...so 1- he acknowledges the creativity of the work...and also compliments the photos that were taking. So my husband informs him about me going to school and the new camera set up I have. The neighbors next words were "Around 430-530, my son should be leaving for prom. You can get some pictures of HIM then" Fast-forward to 730-8pm, neighbor informs me that his son is about to walk out...I get the camera out and ready. The mini prom session was about 15 mins long, on the camera there's about 60 pictures I took, after culling through them all there's 25 decent, natural pictures that I would edit. Unfortunately I have not started editing yet....remember I just got the camera...Im still trying to learn the settings. Saturday morning, my husband barges in the room while I'm reading the daily news from my local Facebook "Send me those pictures- his wife is ready to print them off"

Ummm..wait- I took the pics in RAW. It's not even 24 hours later and they want their photos. And we haven't even discussed a price.

In this kind of situation what should I do??? Again I haven't even put my feet in the editing waters... and I seen somewhere it said "dont pick up your camera for less than $200 if you are doing a session"
