[LOOKING] [PC] ANY HARDCORE survival server, Namalsk or DeerIsle

I've been trying to find a proper server for a while, do any of these fit this criteria? or do I have to make my own?

• Deer Isle or Namalask is a HUGE plus, but can play Chernarus
• Terje Meds / Skills is also a HUGE plus, but can do without.
• Weapon mods are super nice and a HUGE plus, but can do with vanilla.
• Cloth/Equipment variation mods are super nice and a HUGE plus, but can do with vanilla.
• Base building / furniture / etc is a HUGE plus too.
• MUST HAVE LIMITED STAMINA, NOT UNLIMITED
• MUST BE FIRST PERSON MODE
• MUST HAVE SCARCE LOOT, HIGH ZOMBIE COUNT AND PROPER SURVIVAL
• VEHICLES MUST BE RARE.
• Traders is a HUGE NO unless it's balanced economy, and actually hard to get money/etc.
