Please help! Certification issues

Firstly, I have already sent the bacb a message about this but I want to know if anyone has first-hand information about this. Also, I am not currently working as a bcba.

I only completed 27 CEUs by my recert date. For many unfortunate reasons, I thought it wasn’t due until the day after its actual due date. I did complete 5 more CEUs the day after my BCBA certification expired, but my bacb account won’t accept them.

Does anyone know someone this has happened to? I know you there is a 30 day “grace period” where you can enter CEUs late but they have to be completed before the recertification date. My BACB account won’t even let me enter them.

Am I totally fucked? I’m devastated.
