Ertiga suspension and tyres change price

Hello everyone,

Our 2014 Eritga has only been driven 28000 kms and used to sit idle for long periods throughout the last 11 years. As a result, the suspension has lost it's effectiveness and the tyres have started to form cracks. We went to the local Maruti Suzuki and they quoted ~6800 Rs. per tyre (Bridgestone) .. the total estimate for replacing 4 tyres and the front and back suspension was around 42K. Can anyone help us understand if this is a fair price? Thank you in advance.
