30 M, stuck in life

I am currently 30, single, no friends, living with parents, self employed (25k per month). I had to leave a government job (DySP) due to mental health issues. Lost direction & motivation. Also, I no longer have any desire to do such jobs. Was bullied in my childhood. Social anxiety and no experience with women. Grown up in a joint family, saw frequent conflicts.I know most of us are struggling. I hope that someday things will get better
