AP wants to meet, I'm unsure what to do

4 months ago my wife told me that back in 2023 when we separated, she could've got with someone else. Someone who was really successful. A week later she said who it was, he is a local millionaire in the local public spotlight. She said she chose me though.

After weeks of arguing and a strong gut instinct I checked her phone. She snatched it off me and when I looked again she had deleted Snapchat.

Fast forward a few weeks I logged into her Snapchat and found her trying to meet up with him and arrange stuff. She admitted that they had done everything except slept together.

I had trickle truth for 5 weeks so I didn't believe anything. I messaged AP at the weekend and asked if his partner knew he was cheating on her with my wife. He seemed really remorseful, not sure if this was genuine or because he didn't want his girlfriend to know.

He said he would like to meet up to show how sorry he is even if he could help just 1%. I don't know what to do. I don't know if his apology would make me feel better or not. He is the one that's going to feel better not me.

This whole thing has questioned my self worth because we struggle to get by and he is driving his Lamborghini around without a care in the world
