I need help brothers!

My sexual thoughts and fantasies won’t stop. I stopped masturbating 30–40 days ago, I can’t remember exactly how many days it’s been. I’m in a relationship and we have a great sex life, but I can’t stop thinking about having sex with other women. Has anyone else gone through the same thing, and will it get better?

I have these thoughts every day, and they feel so real... the guilt is eating me up!
