Looking for Shirt Tailoring

Hi everyone, I will be visiting Ho Chi Minh for the first time, and i’ve read several reviews that it will be cheaper to tailor long sleeve shirts than in my home country. Question is, do you guys have any recommendations on where will I be able to find a decent and affordable tailoring shop for just long sleeve collared shirt alone? And on average, how much would tailoring a shirt cost in HCM? Thank you all for your kind inputs!
