Cap and Gown Pickup

Hi! I missed my chance to order my cap and gown online for pick up, so I’m going to have to go place the order in person.

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes to get the cap and gown after placing an order at varsity essentials (or do they have it ready immediately)? I’m assuming I’d have to come back on a separate day to pick it up again after placing the order?
