Dell say windows 11 business not supported
Boss wanted to try a Dell notebook, went with a enterprise device (pro 14).
Getting BSODs dont know if its hardware or software but trying to get things lined up. And this is the line they are pushing.....
They want to replace the hard drive to get their factory image, even though i did clean fresh install of windows using the microsoft media creation tool which this link asks me to do.
I find it quite astounding that they are effectively saying that they will not support Windows 11 Business and that their drivers are not guaranteed to work on it.
This apparently got escalated to a senior who is peddling the same line.
They are offering to replace the hard drive and dont even have a download option to create THEIR Windows 11 Pro (OEM).
I imaged (snap shot) of the device when it was first unboxed, before and setup and they cant understand that concept and wont accept that as valid part of the troubleshooting process. But they are probably going to complain again when it goes to Windows 11 business when it auto enrols
Not sure if im going to get much useful advice, so sorry if this just ends up being a vent.
