Want to talk to someone, going through breakup

Never felt this lonely, though in the times of the relationship i felt left out, and she was mostly forgetting me and having her own life, it's a LDR and now that I have broken up things i feel much worse, feeling like i don't even have that one person whom I felt like family and the only friend that i could talk to openly without having to put a filter.
