Cash App screwing me over anyone have something like this happen?

Long story short gave my buddy a ride home and gas is pretty expensive right now, so he sent me 10 bucks– he had no $ and I haven’t had a cash app in 3 years, so I literally made the app to get the $10, then all I did was receive the $10 – and then like 2 minutes later when i was trying to finish setting up the account , add an email and stuff, I got a notification saying that my account is locked.

I put in an appeal and messaged support, but I was mainly an AI and eventually got someone who said they are a human-but the human —if it was a real person —was just reading off a script and not really communicating or answering my questions.

I asked what could I have possibly done to violate the terms in the 45 seconds that my app was active, they just kept giving me a non-answers saying violation of terms and services and I kept pressing which ones and finally they said well we can’t reveal that to you…. ??? so I can’t even know what rules and terms that I supposedly broke lol? Makes no sense.

I also can’t figure out how to get this money off here now—don’t have a bank account right now so my mom and brother said I could put it on theirs-tried to add on both cards, one is a big nationwide bank and one was a small credit union, so it appears this money is just stuck on there?

Also, yes, before anyone asks, I used my real info real info when I made the app, real name, real address real last four of my social all that shit, back when I last used Cash app you could just add a phone number and send and receive money as much as you want it was convenient, but I haven’t used it in years.

I am 1000% sure that I’m gonna get a bunch of comments being more skeptical or assuming that I did something wrong-Or that the $10 that was sent was from a bad account but no, it wasn’t my buddy uses it all the time —nothing‘s sketchy at all. And I just can’t figure out what I could’ve done to violate anything in the 60 seconds. The account was up.

Also, yes, it’s only $10 but like I said gas is stupid expensive and I just started a job so I kinda didn’t want this money to be stuck on a cash app for no reason lol. Just wondering if anyone had anything like this happen before or if it’s common nowadays or what and also how do I even get it off this app? I can’t send it to a friend. I can’t order a Cash App card to pull it off and any card I tried to link they deny?
