Insurance Claims - No update/No response

What to do?? 1 month na mahigit ung claims but no response nakkuha sa insurance provider. Nakapag file narn ako ng compaint sa IC and naka schedule kami ng meeting next month, another month of waiting hayyy! Anyone na may same experience? Pano ba gagawin pag ganito ang hassle kasi. Dedma prn sila even after the IC complain
