Which sunscreen do you use?
Ok so I've used a bunch of sunscreens (yes I've fallen in the lotus and vlcc trap too 😭), but most of them left the white cast so I've been experimenting.
But i have very sensitive skin and i get acne very easily. Like if my skin doesn't like a product it will react within a day and it takes way longer to calm my skin down (just why does it have to be like this??!!).
Ok so the main point is I don't really much prefer wearing makeup on a regular basis cuz I'm always scared that what if it ruins my skin yk (that isn't to say that i don't like makeup or that i never wear it, i just don't do it regularly).
Also cuz I'm always running late for college so i have to skip it a lot of times.
So can you suggest a good tinted sunscreen?
As i said i have very sensitive skin, and so while sometimes i do experiment but I'm scared what if my skin acts up again and also cuz sunscreens and skin care products are EXPENSIVE AF.
I don't have skills or time for makeup so i think a tinted sunscreen might a good alternative. (Better than nothing atleast)
(I'd also be grateful if have suggestions for make up products that you have used if you also have acne prone, sensitive, oily skin).
{{(( I have a history of getting severe acne a few years back cuz of something that didn't suit my skin and so i had to go to a dermatologist but they didn't give me proper or complete clear instructions of how to apply what and when to stop and all that stuff yk. And i basically knew literally nothing about skin care at all, i was just a teenager, i didn't even know how important sunscreen is, hell, i wasn't even using any moisturizer or stuff. But it turned out that they prescribed me too many actives all of a sudden which ended up irritating and burning tf outta my skin so much more than it helped my skin and my acne ended up getting much much worse. I wasn't prescribed any moisturizer or sunscreen and i have oily skin so ofc i didn't even think i needed a moisturizer.
I know i know it sounds dumb but as i said i literally knew nothing about skin care😭😭.
So someone suggested a different dermatologist, and she was much much better, my skin healed a lot, all thanks to her. She did prescribe me moisturizer and sunscreen and stuff and gave time for my skin to heal properly so I'll always be grateful. I don't go to her anymore, my skin is better and i don't need regular checkup or treatment.))}}
