Looking for Smaller Seasonal Companies Near Yellowstone (with Housing)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a seasonal job near Yellowstone for this summer/fall, but I’m trying to avoid the huge companies like Xanterra. I’d rather work for a smaller company or family-owned business where the environment feels a bit more personal.

I’m mainly searching for:

seasonal jobs with employee housing included

restaurants, lodges, hotels, gift shops, rafting/tour companies, etc.

places around West Yellowstone, Gardiner, Cooke City, Cody, or nearby areas

employers that are okay with international/J-1 workers

If anyone knows smaller businesses that usually hire seasonally and provide housing, I’d really appreciate the recommendations.

Also, if you worked for a smaller company instead of Xanterra or Delaware North, how was your experience? Was the housing and management better?
