Does scheduling a second interview right away mean you are a top candidate?

I interviewed for a job recently. It’s for the same company and a similar job type but for a completely different division.

I think the interview went well overall. (Although you can never know for sure) The hiring manager reached out the day after to set up a second interview. It’s with some very important people in it.

My second interview isn’t until next week but I am so nervous! I wasn’t expecting to hear back so soon. Now I just want this week to be over with so I can hurry up and meet with them! I’m trying to distract myself from thinking about it.

I work for a huge company and I’ve been applying for positions here, and this is my first time getting a second interview since I first got hired.

Does scheduling a second interview right away mean you are a top candidate?

Any advice for second interviews? I’ve heard it’s important to focus on company culture since they already know you are qualified for the role.
