Prerequisites

Hello and I am sorry for the kinda long post! I’m looking for solid information on whether or not I can take the prerequisites online at places like straighterline, study.com and Sophia learning for the AHIMA certificate program. I asked them and the response was just make sure they are ACE recommended and can be added to your college transcript. How do I add it to my college transcript or do I just send something to NCRA once I’m done? I’m so confused! Has anybody used these for all four course and if so which platform. I would be grateful for any help before I spend money I don’t have to.
